Kettlebells

Kettlebells are a piece of workout equipment that can by used for numerous different exercises. The benefits of kettlebells is that they have more mobility than free weights or dumb-bells. Just like dumb-bells they have several different weights to choose from so that you can continue to challenge you abilities. 

Most kettlebell exercises work numerous parts of your body, which means you can work more of your body in less time while still having a fun workout.
